Booking Policy

When booking pamper packages & long appointments a deposit is required at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy

Full charge will be made for appointments not cancelled with 24 hours notice unless we can resell appointment

Treatment Time

Please arrive at least 5 mins before an appointment to relax prior to the treatment

Please inform your therapist if you have any medical condition. A full consultation will be carried out on your first visit.
